Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions
As required by the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, this page sets out the seller, payment terms, when services are delivered, and how cancellations are handled.
This is an English reference translation of the Japanese original. The Japanese version prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
- Scope of this notice
- This notice applies to the experience programmes booked and paid for on this website. The "Arimatsu Osanpo Kippu" is a travel ticket issued and sold by Nagoya Railroad Co., Ltd.; we do not sell it, and it falls outside the scope of this notice.

- Costs other than the price
- Any data charges incurred in using this website are your responsibility. Where a fee applies to online payment, it is shown on the payment screen. Travel to the meeting point and any food and drink purchased locally are at your own expense.
- Payment methods

- Timing of payment
- Payment is finalised at the point of online payment when the booking is confirmed.
- Delivery of services
- Each programme is delivered on the date and at the time you select when booking.
- Returns and cancellations
- Given the nature of the service (an experience programme), we cannot as a rule accept returns once it has been delivered. How cancellations and changes are handled, and when cancellation fees apply and at what rate, are set out in our Cancellation Policy.
- Other conditions of sale
- Where an individual programme has special conditions, they are stated on its detail page.
