Book from the experiences page. Buy an Arimatsu Osanpo Kippu as well and come along, and you qualify for the benefit.

As your experience finishes, your host shows you the claim QR code. Scan it and enter your booking confirmation code and the email address you booked with.

Through the claim page, it is returned automatically to the card you paid for the experience with. No queueing at a counter.

BENEFIT CLAIM

Claim from the QR code after the experience

Your host shows you a QR code at the end of the experience, which takes you to the claim page. Have your booking confirmation code (in your confirmation email) and the email address you booked with to hand.

One claim per booking. It covers everyone on the booking (¥500 × number of people) in a single transaction. You can book and join an experience program without the Arimatsu Osanpo Kippu, but the benefit does not apply in that case.

FAQ

Questions — the five we are asked most about the ticket.

Q.01 Can I get a refund after buying the ticket?

Provided none of the coupons has been used and you are still within the sales and validity period, the ticket can be handled with the prescribed fee deducted. Please see the Meitetsu guidance for details.

Q.02 Who counts as a child?

A child fare is available. Please check the amount at a Meitetsu station counter when you buy.

Q.03 Which experience programs are eligible?

Please see the experiences page for the programs that qualify.

Q.04 How do I receive the Arimatsu Osanpo Kippu holder benefit (500 yen refund per person)?

On the day, bring your Arimatsu Osanpo Kippu and join an eligible experience program. As your experience finishes, your host shows you the claim QR code. Scan it, and on the claim page enter your booking confirmation code (in your booking confirmation email) and the email address you booked with. Once you have claimed, ¥500 per person is returned automatically to the payment for the experience. There is no counter to queue at.

Q.05 Until when can I claim the benefit?

Claims close at 23:59 (JST) on Sunday 20 December 2026. After that the claim page no longer accepts applications, so we recommend claiming on the day of your experience.
