Terms of Use

Article 1 (Application)

These terms apply to all matters arising between you (the "user") and us in relation to the use of this service. The detail pages for each programme, and any individual conditions presented at the time of booking, form part of these terms. Please use this service only if you agree to these terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

In these terms, "this service" means the services relating to the booking and delivery of experience programmes that we provide through this website. A "programme" means each session of an experience that we plan and run.

Article 3 (Booking and formation of contract)

A booking is formed when the user completes the process on this website and we issue a booking confirmation. We may be unable to accept a booking where capacity has been exceeded, the booking is a duplicate, the details entered are incorrect, or for other reasonable cause.

Article 4 (Fees and payment)

The user shall pay the fee shown for each programme by the method we specify. Details of payment methods and timing are set out in our Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Article 5 (Cancellation)

Cancellation and amendment of bookings, and the treatment of cancellation fees, are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Article 6 (Prohibited conduct)

In using this service, the user shall not engage in any of the following.

• Conduct that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals
• Conduct that harms the rights or interests of us, other users, local residents or any other third party
• Conduct that impedes the safe running of a programme, or failure to follow staff instructions
• Booking using false information, or resale or fraudulent use of a booking
• Conduct that interferes with the operation of this service

Article 7 (Safety and participation)

Programmes may involve handling dyes, chemicals or heat sources, and moving around outdoors. Users must follow the guidance and safety notices given on the day and take care of their own health and safety. Please see Before You Go for what to check before taking part.

Article 8 (Limitation of liability)

We are not liable for loss arising from natural disasters, transport disruption, or other causes not attributable to us. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount the user paid us for the programme concerned.

Article 9 (Changes to these terms)

We may change these terms in accordance with applicable law. Where we do so, we will post the amended content and the date it takes effect on this website, allowing a reasonable period before that date. The amended terms apply from the date they take effect.

Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning this service, the court having jurisdiction over our registered address shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement. This does not, however, restrict a user who is a consumer from bringing proceedings in any court permitted by law.
