Indoor programs run as normal. For outdoor programs we decide by 18:00 the day before and let you know by email.
Each program states a recommended age. If you are bringing a pre-school child, please contact us first.
On the day, bring your Arimatsu Osanpo Kippu and join an eligible experience program. Your host shows you a claim QR code as the experience finishes, and once you claim, 500 yen per person is returned automatically to the payment for the experience.
