About this experience

What you will be doing.

approx. 60 min

A craft session that children and adults can enjoy alike. You make a lantern-shaped furin (wind chime) from light materials.

You can either take the wind chime you have made home with you, or offer it to the shrine. If you take it home, you can still offer a tanzaku — a paper strip carrying a wish.

Wind chimes offered to the shrine are hung on the furin rack at Arimatsu Tenmansha.
